Thanks to humans, the planet is heating dangerously fast, there is now more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere than at any time in millions of years, the extinction rate of other species is hundreds, maybe thousands, of times above natural levels, and just about every planetary warning gauge is heading further into the red.

Puro “SHOW”: El PLAN de Bahía de Banderas, NAY., para combatir el CAMBIO CLIMÁTICO.

En octubre del año pasado el cabildo de Bahía de Banderas aprobó el PLAN de Acción Climático Municipal (PACMUN), que desde 2018 elaboró el Instituto Municipal de Planeación de Bahía de Banderas (IMPLAN).

Analizando el PLAN con más detalle, se nota que todo es más bien un circo del alcalde para perfilar a su administración como “SUSTENTABLE”.

Algo que NO es! ¡Por lo contrario!

La Ley General del Combate al Cambio Climático data de junio de 2012.

Perdimos otros 2 años por el tiempo que duró la elaboración del PACMUN. 

El Municipio tenía casi 10 años para obligar a los hoteleros y a los desarrolladores inmobiliarios a instalar paneles y calentadores solares, por medio de un cambio de su reglamento de construcción.

Lo único que ahora se les ocurre es la “instalación de paneles solares en oficinas y edificios de la administración pública”.

 

1.  En el PACMUN los supuestos para calcular las emisiones del Municipio son severamente SUBESTIMADOS.

2.  Es omnipresente, la falta de un SENTIDO DE URGENCIA.

3.  Es la misma administración pública del Municipio la que contrarresta los OBJETIVOS del PLAN.
